The 90-night guarantee

Results take weeks, so your guarantee does too. If Edie isn't for you, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund your first bottle in full, even if it's opened. One guarantee refund per customer.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
